Located at 5215 Windward Pkwy A, Alpharetta, GA 30004, Brindavan Cafe operates as an indian restaurant serving Alpharetta in Georgia. Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Alpharetta, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across Georgia run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. The most common schedule is 11:30 amβ2:30 pm. It is closed on Monday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (678) 691-6100. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, brindavancafe.com.
Customers rate it 4.4 out of 5 on Google across 194 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded indian restaurants in Alpharetta.
Alpharetta is in Georgia, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. Getting around Alpharetta is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Georgia's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Visited Brindavan Cafe today after seeing a lot of Insta Reels hype, but the experience was disappointing. We ordered the thali, pudina dosa, coffee, and masala tea. The coffee was decent, and the tea was okay, but the food quality was very average. The pudina dosa was just mid-level, nothing special at all. The thali was the biggest disappointment. Other than the dal, almost nothing tasted good. The rasam was extremely watery with no flavor. The vegetable biryani/fried rice in the thali tasted heavily of packet masala and was honestly one of the worst versions Iβve had. The dessert (Kesari) looked like it had a lot of ghee, but there wasnβt even the aroma or taste of real ghee. Overall, the food felt very basic and lacked authenticity or freshness. What made the experience worse was the service. Since I couldnβt eat most of the thali items, I politely asked if they could give a little extra dal not a full refill of rice or sides but the request was bluntly refused. Just sharing this review so people donβt go only by social media hype. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place based on our experience.

A very nice Indian place offering excellent food. The puri kurma was brilliant. The kurma was super tasty. Idlis, dosas, gobi manulchurian and jamoon is what we had and they were all well done. A definite place to revisit.

Highly recommend!! Food, service and the atmosphere is so good!! The restaurant has a very clean look and a variety of options in dosa. The dosa wasn't overly oily which we liked and the sambar also was really good. We have been to two other dosa spots and were not impressed but I do highly recommend this place!!

Pure Vegetarian Restaurant with great food quality. They have plenty of Parking space outside. This is not a fine dining restaurant, its a cafe, so come with similar expectations. Staff was good and polite. But the food Service was poor though. We had to wait 15-20mins for the order to be served and it was same experience for other tables too. We tried dosa, idli and biriyani here and food was delicious. Mint Dosa is a must try. Sambhar was amazing Masala Chai didn't taste good and was not fresh. This definitely needs to be addressed. Would recommend this place for amazing dosa and sambhar. (minus slow service)
